onedoorai building companion

§ The work

Brief

Resident portals are built for property managers, not the people who live in the building.

Idea

One AI building companion for payments, maintenance, documents, announcements and messages. Residents ask in plain English instead of learning another system.

Result

Every screen, illustration and line of copy is designed to cut friction and make property management feel calm.
